I had the pleasure to sail Jolly Jumper on her maiden voyage from Monnickendam to A Coruña in summer 2017. Weather was mostly terrible, but crew and ship resisted all the bad. I was quite nervous as I couldn’t imagine what to expect on my very first sailing trip. Anyway, after I fed the fishes on my second sailing day for hours, had a bunch of magic pills and some hours of resting sleep, the sea and I declared peace and I started to enjoy the ride. Sailing the English channel along the English coast was amazing. As we sailed the Biscay down to A Coruña, we had special guiding by some dolphins. Taking a swim in the middle of nowhere was a special experience I will never forget. Thanks a lot to Chris and Hugo for the amazing time on Jolly Jumper.

Be a guest and part of our crew

You can come visit us and be part of our crew. As we are free and can go to remote places it can be a lifetime opportunity. You will see places and meet people you can only do on a sailing boat. A morning swimm between colorful fishes, sailing with dolphins, discover islands with our dinghy or hiking on a vulcano will become a routine...

You will have your own berth with some storage room. The boat is very spacious and cozy to live, however it is still a sailing boat with limited storage and living room.

From our experience having guests is comfortable as follows:

1 Guest - as long as you like

2 Guests - about one week

3-4 Guests - maximum 3 days
